As long as our items are in 100% new condition (in their original packaging) we will grant an exchange. Items must be packaged and sent back to us within 14 business days in order to qualify for an exchange. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis. However, due to the nature of our products, we will most likely not grant refunds unless production issues or factory damages exist.

Returns not related to damaged products will result in 30% restocking

Cancellation period: 24 hours. After that, any cancellation will result in a 30% restocking fee.
